Pinot Noir is considered a West Coast wine, but Virginia offers it through Ankida Ridge Vineyards. Tassie talks with British wine expert Steven Spurrier in one of his last interviews and Jay Youmans, from the Virginia Governor's Cup Competition, about what goes into wine judging.
