After getting married to Priya, an unhappy Hema struggles with intimacy during their honeymoon. Despite a stylish change in his appearance, Amit still finds no takers for his ideas. Busying himself with work, Hema finds himself attracted to an old flame again.

While Bhuvan messes around with Sonam, Ashiq becomes her mentor. MTMC is in shock, as Anoushka leaves the unit for a regional role and Varun brings in a new Creative Head William Fernandes to shake things up.

Amit finds Hema's sudden interest in a new client worrying. He spends time with Priya to see how she feels about her marriage with Hema. William's first creative review at MTMC leads to the first casualty in office, as someone shockingly resigns.

William takes an immediate liking to Amit's work and actively rejects Hema and Nina's ideas. Amit finally gets a promotion he deserves, but Hema questions if William has ulterior motives. Hema pitches a game-changing idea to William but he rejects it.

Things get heated up between Hema and Sneha when he patronizes her in front of the clients during a meeting. Meanwhile, Amit reaches out to Hema with the help of Nina and the three of them than smoke on a boat.

Things do not get well for Hema as he gets pulled up by Varun for smoking all the time and also being tardy at work. Matters go out of the hand when Amit confesses that he was the one who informed about this to William.

At the agency, Meera confronts Bhuvan about Sonam and her work. Meanwhile, as Priya leaves, Hema and Sneha confess their love for each other.

Things get out of the hands when William makes a formal complaint against Ashiq. And when Visti gets to know about the same, she is left with no choice but has to inform about the same to Ashiq.

As Ashiq is still MIA, Hema and Sneha try hard to locate him through all the possible means. Things get further complicated when Sneha tells Hema that she is being pressurized by her family to get married as soon as possible.

Things at the agency take an ugly turn when Bhuvan tries to harass Sonam. But Amit comes just in time and rescues her from the same.

Anushka makes a comeback to the agency and also questions the employees regarding their tolerance and attitude about things happening around them.

As William continues his journey at the agency, MTMC sees a spate of resignations coming from all the directions. And after getting pressurized by the management, Varun questions William about his methods.
