Overview

Li Zheng Bai is an economics professor with nothing to his name. Due to a chance encounter, he is drawn into a long-standing war against the puppet republic installed by the Japanese, and he heads up a peculiar team that includes an addict, a thief, a murderer and more. During a mission, he meets Lu Qing Yao, who becomes the love of his life.
