The Patron

The main group arrives in Italy and explains Antonio's death to the higher-ups, but Francisco nearly attacks Johan before Don intervenes. Johan and Jacob return to Florida to rescue Charles from the police, sneaking him onto a plane back to Italy.

Axel bonds with Nate while Luca is confronted by Don about his father issues, and Finn finally identifies the Mafia members through DNA evidence. Finn follows tire tracks to a marina, discovering the group escaped by boat.

Johan, Charles, and Jacob hijack a plane after being discovered, forcing the pilots to fly toward Italy before Johan shoots them. They escape via parachute and lifeboat as the plane crashes, setting off on another survival journey.

Finn interrogates Francisco about Antonio's death while Don intervenes, and Johan shoots down a rescue helicopter to avoid capture. They're rescued by a cruise ship that agrees to take them to Italy.

Johan, Charles, and Jacob finally reunite with the group in Italy, and Luca grants Johan permission to leave the Mafia life behind. The entire group drives to Johan's old hometown in the Netherlands, where he forgives Luca and walks into his future.

Nate, Jacob, and Axel are sent to extort money from a business but are captured by a rival syndicate, while Giovanni regresses into bad spending habits. Don and Francisco become concerned when their men stop responding.

Don leads a rescue mission that turns into a firefight with police, during which Jacob nearly kills Finn but is left for dead in the burning building. The group escapes with the money, and Finn survives the blaze.

Jacob is identified by police, forcing the entire group to go into hiding, with Gio paired with Luca and Axel left alone. Francisco suggests flying them out on Tommaso's private plane, but they've already scattered without phones.

Gio and Luca bond while on the run, Axel struggles to survive alone, and Tommaso convinces Francisco to flee with him. They're arrested at the airport with large sums of money.

Francisco and Tommaso are interrogated, with Tommaso giving information to protect Gio, while Don refuses to abandon the syndicate. Don forces Axel to stay, invoking the "captain goes down with his ship" mentality.

Both sides prepare for the final confrontation, with the ILM laying traps and arming themselves while Finn's police force gears up. Nate organizes their defenses as the inevitable clash approaches.

Chaos erupts as a lackey tries to burn down the manor and the feds breach the building, with Don igniting pre-poured gasoline in a final act of defiance. Axel escapes through a window, Finn survives the inferno, and Nate flees to his mother's house.

Axel finds Gio and Luca, and a violent confrontation at a hotel ends with Axel stabbing Finn and Luca shooting him, then Axel killing Luca in a rooftop brawl. Axel pushes Luca's body off his chest as police sirens approach.

Axel sends Gio a farewell note before luring police to a barrack filled with oil barrels, delivering a final monologue and igniting an explosion that kills him. Gio watches from afar as the last member of the Lotus Mafia dies.
