Ten aspiring actresses begin their quest to become the last woman standing and win a breakout role in SAW 3D, the multi-million dollar horror franchise. They are immediately thrust into competition when they come face to face with a nightmare turned reality. Will Jessica, the sultry actress from the Bronx, be more than just a pretty face? Can Gabby's raw talent be enough to overcome her inexperience on set? And what is it about Gabby that drives Tai, the big fish in a little pond from Chicago, crazy?

This week is all about playing the "Bad Girl" aka "The Villain," in this competition for the role of a lifetime in SAW 3D. The 9 remaining girls learn what it takes to be truly evil when they must play a seductive knife-wielding killer and a witch hell-bent on revenge! Acting coach John Homa pushes Rosanna to the edge, forcing her to confront her worst fear. Meanwhile, someone's crucial mistake could cost them the Scream Queens 2 competition.

Eight actresses remain, all vying for a breakout role in SAW 3D and they'll be asked to convey true Scream Queen emotions without using words. After narrowly missing "the ax" for two straight weeks, Sierra is determined to prove that she deserves to be in the competition. Karlie, desperate to stand out, reaches an emotional breaking point. And in their most horrific challenge yet, the girls must work with thousands of squirming, disgusting maggots! Will Sarah's uncontrollable panic attacks force her to quit?

The competition heats up for the seven actresses left fighting to become the next Scream Queen. In challenges designed to bring out their sexuality, some of the girls triumph while others fail miserably. Jaime King is joined by iconic Scream Queen Debbie Rochon (TOXIC AVENGER IV, COLOUR FROM THE DARK) when the girls take on classic horror movie characters on a sexy photo shoot for Fangoria Magazine. Later, tempers fly when mean-spirited comments by the girls forces Gabby to confront her mortal enemy; Tai.

The six actresses battling it out for a breakout role in SAW 3D learn that dying is easy, but comedy is hard when they try their hand at the campy side of horror. Playing a brain eating zombie would be enough, but the girls must also learn how to make exploding squibs look real! Sarah makes the girls laugh for all the wrong reasons. Tensions between Gabby and Tai continue to boil. And in a Director's Challenge filled with blood-sucking vampires, Christine's weak choices threaten to send her send her to The Grand Ballroom for the first time!

It's the most explosive episode yet as the five remaining actresses put it all on the line for a life-changing role in SAW 3D. The girls must learn to act with "nothing" in challenges that put them face-to-face with a deadly monster on a green screen and with an invisible ghost that tosses them across a room like a ragdoll. Sierra commits the worst sin an aspiring Scream Queen can make, while Christine makes a decision that could destroy a friendship. Later, tensions that have been building for weeks between Gabby and Tai finally erupt.

Only two episodes left before the next breakout star of the mega-blockbuster SAW franchise is revealed! This week it's all about altered states of mind when the four remaining actresses perform a séance in one challenge and play a caged psychopathic serial killer in another. After nearly being eliminated, Tai's confidence is shaken. Does she have the skill to put herself back into contention? Jessica's overconfidence threatens to be her downfall when an angry outburst in acting class raises the wrath of John Homa! Who will survive "the axe" this week and end up in the final three?
