Ella has a rough start on her first day of work at Brinkerhoff & Coemans and unwittingly makes an enemy of a fellow sales girl, Charlie.

Working at BC is more intense than Ella thought as Charlie trains her on the rules of being a salesgirl. Meanwhile, Linda from Head Office lays down new rules for Damien to enforce.

Ella, Charlie, and Baby Brittany try to cover their tracks, meanwhile Michelle is left to deal with a difficult customer on her own.

Venti and Grande Britney bend the rules to settle a customer trying to return items. Elsewhere, Michelle is summoned to soothe an upset shopper.

A customer's request tests Charlie's ability to maintain her composure, and Ella struggles with her confidence on the sales floor.

Ella tries to work with a smile through having major cramps, and Charlie deals with a surprise from her past.

Linda pushes Damien to start firing employees, and Venti and Grande become targets.

Venti is faced with sexual harassment at work and Damien exacerbates the situation.

Reeling from Venti's absence, Grande's patience for Damien wanes and Damien continues to alienate his associates. Ella surprises Charlie.

During an overnight shift, Charlie discovers odd items in the ventilation system and Ella asks Charlie to a concert.

Ella tries to appear unaffected around Charlie but Charlie remains bewildered by Ella's behaviour. Later during a night shift they catch a glimpse of the mysterious Linda, and secrets begin to unfold.

Damien finally meets the mysterious Linda and faces ugly truths when Linda divulges his plans for Brinkerhoff and Coemans. Venti returns to find a disturbing scene.

Fueled only by cat-food and burritos, The Britney's are the first to be deployed to the sales floor. Will they survive the biggest and most feared sale of the year?

Michelle is confronted with the toughest situation she's ever faced while Charlie and Ella clash with unruly customers. Damien is on damage control but will he and the associates withstand the shoppers' lawlessness and survive the day?

Ella distances herself from Charlie, and Charlie wonders about the status of their friendship. LINDA returns with news for Damien that will affect all employees and change the face of Brinkerhoff and Coemans forever.
