Jake, the young new assistant manager of an ominous decrepit hotel called Ravenwolf Towers, explores his new workplace. Once the Mecca of Hollywood elite, the place is now but a ruin populated by freaks and run by a crazy inbred family.
Jake has just started working at Ravenwolf Towers and finds himself facing an assortment of strange residents - a diminutive Vampire Hunter, a Mad Doctor and a seductive Maiden - who may just be the Ravenwolf's most lethal occupant.
Jake falls madly in love with a mysterious maiden and soon discovers that she has the power to stay young forever. Meanwhile evil experiments are conducted throughout the hotel and a Russian vampire hunter steps in to investigate.
Dr. Lorca's private detective uncovers the secrets behind Ivan's vampire hunting days and Jake vows to kill the inbred family that occupy the top floor, after discovering that they are all the spawn of evil.
