The pilot episode explores the new and exciting world of the alternative meat marketplace. Meet with the minds behind Mosa Meat, who are creating real meat in a laboratory. And after that we’ll talk to Ethan Brown, the CEO of Beyond Meat to see if plant-based meat really can fool meat eaters.

Most people recognize that cheese is both delicious and also a great way to bring out the smiles before snapping a family photo, but beyond that, most people aren’t aware of the process that goes into every slice of cheese and the health implications of eating a diet high in dairy products. Episode two looks into companies who are creating vegan alternatives to cheese and also sits down with doctors and researchers to discover the many health problems with dairy consumption as well as the government ties present in its endless promotion.

It’s pretty well known that eating plants is good for you. But what about eating only plants and performing as a high level athlete? This episode will explore the fast-growing world of vegan athletes around the world, interviewing inspiring athletes from all corners of the sports world such as Rich Roll, an ultra endurance athlete, Tia Blanco, a professional surfer, and Charity Morgan, plant-based chef for the Tennessee Titans. This episode also follows the story of Jon Venus, a vegan bodybuilder who had a change of heart during the filming of Planet Vegan and went back to consuming animal products, and dissects the reason that this happens.

After meeting with scientists, athletes, and companies working in the plant-based space, James wanted to learn more about the meaning of the word vegan, so in Episode Four he sets out to explore the world of animal rights activism, starting with a meeting with The Vegan Society in Birmingham, UK. This leads him to join his first activism event lead by Earthling Ed of Surge Activism and ends with him learning about an activism tactic called Direct Action with an organization called DXE.

Australia is known for big beaches and big steaks. After being inspired by the activists that he met in Episode Four, James takes a trip to the Outback to meet with a group of people who are being labeled by the media as terrorists. This journey leads him to learn more about the world of animal agriculture and the many ways that mainstream media tries to shut down the progress of animal rights activists.
