Mark and Derek begin their journey in Yuin Country. The duo harvest oysters off the bay, visit an olive grove and try their hand at water sports on the New South Wales coastline.

In this episode, Derek goes diving for lobsters! Later, Mark and Derek learn how to make cheese and chocolate. The duo ends their day by the calm waters of Kangaroo Valley.

Mark and Derek learn about sustainable farming practices in Berrima and about the invasive sea urchin population. The pair later try their hand at beekeeping!

Mark and Derek explore the historic ghost town of Joadja, now a whiskey and gin distillery run by the Jimenez family. The pair later visit a community garden and stumble upon a coffee berry plantation.

Mark and Derek watch a traditional dance on the coast. The duo also visits a rare breed of pigs and a sustainable vineyard in Berry! Derek assists with the brewing process while Mark tastes the batch at sunset.

Mark and Derek visit a kitchen garden and a goat dairy! The pair later eats abalone burgers on the beach and visits Cambewarra Mountain, where they hear the story of the black cockatoo.

Mark and Derek spend the day fishing, visiting a chicken farm and learning about sparkling wine production. Later, Mark takes Derek sightseeing around the region.

Mark and Derek visit a mushroom farm and provide assistance to a local community garden! The pair try their hand at confectionery making and later visit Mount Kiera Lookout in Wollongong.

On the season finale of “On Country Kitchen,” Mark and Derek host a dinner party at Silos Estate. The pair visit a cattle farm and collect native berries and bimbalas with Noel Butler.
