Nitsa is inspired to lose weight. Gili, Shamlash and Alamitu introduce her to the Khat diet and she gets hooked.

Gili is shocked that Tamar lets Ma'ayan eat shrimp. Nitsa get into a Facebook altercation. Alamitu's beliefs get her in trouble.

Nitsa and Yakov visit Reuven and she get jealous of the help he receives from his Filipino caregiver.

Gili struggles with the high cost of caring for his pet guinea pig. Nitsa suspects that Gili is not being truthful about his situation.

Tamar insists on inviting over Gili's friends, but the friends overstay their welcome.
