«Martira» is an arthouse series with elements of mysticism, telling the story of the life of a seamstress from the northern hinterland of Russia. After a mysterious illness - Siberian hysteria - her mind begins to plunge into the abyss of shamanic visions, erasing the boundaries between reality and delirium. With each passing day, Martira loses control of herself, succumbing to ancient rituals that lead her to a fatal outcome. Over the course of seven episodes, she finds the key to unraveling her destiny, but each time new details plunge her into a stupor, drawing her deeper into the labyrinth of madness. She tries unsuccessfully to resist, but the virus that has infected her consciousness turns out to be stronger.
