Lucas the Spider

Findley can't resist some freshly baked cookies that are too hot to eat, so Lucas and his friends do whatever it takes to keep him from burning his mouth. Avocado's new toy is driving everyone crazy with its noisy squeaker. Lucas tells everyone that he's going to speak to her and realizes Avocado loves everything about her squeaky toy apart from the actual squeak itself! So, Dr. Lucas is in the house to operate and remove the squeak. When Findley comments to Lucas that his jump isn't very long or high Lucas ramps things up, jumping higher and longer in ever increasing death defying jumps. Findley is now beginning to regret his comment and wishes Lucas wouldn't jump so far. This all culminates in Lucas going for the big one in his car down a track. Can Findley convince him not too?

Lucas and his friends are camping in the garden. Avocado tells them all a spooky story around the campfire. This makes Lucas really uneasy and he thinks there's a ghostie in the garden. Lucas discovers that it's best to ask your friends permission before you give them a scare on Halloween. He adopts the guise of a ghost and the use of decorative masks and sneaky hiding places to give them all the jumps. When Lucas sees a robot on the shelf he boops it. This sets off the clockwork mechanism and now Lucas is pursued around the house by a B Movie robot. When Bodhi gets cornered, Lucas realizes he's got to help his friend.

Lucas wakes up and it is still night. He tries to occupy himself until sun up. The house takes on a different persona at night. It scares Lucas a little and he feels alone because everyone else is still fast asleep. How long can one night alone last? Being a chameleon, Bodhi is brilliant at hide and seek. But when he celebrates victory in Lucas' face, Lucas decides to beat him once and for all. Using flour to follow Bodhi's prints, Lucas wins easily. When he realizes that he's upset Bodhi by beating him at his special thing, he's really sorry and Bodhi is sorry too for celebrating so ungraciously. When Findley sees a documentary about spiders being the natural predator of the fly, he decides that maybe Lucas isn't the big friend he thought he was! The more Findley tries to get away from Lucas, the more Lucas thinks this is a great game.

When Lucas and Findley discover an ice cube, they play sliding on it. Findley is fine, until Lucas challenges him to ride the ice cube in the sink. Findley is scared, but rallies to save Lucas who falls down the plughole, where they both discover the best ride of all! After seeing the perfect web in the window of the house, Lucas questions his spider-hood when he realizes he can't spin one properly.

When Arlo's mom goes out hunting for food, Lucas decides to look after Arlo for the night. How hard can it be to look after a little Owl? / After hearing a horrible screech from the fireplace, Lucas is nominated by his friends to go up and find out what is causing the noise. / Lucas, Findley and Bodhi discover a yummy gingerbread house and immediately devour it. Feeling like the fun is over, they head to bed. But the next morning, they are surprised to find a new gingerbread house and, assuming it was fixed by magic, they decide it's too special to eat.

Lucas can't believe Maizie is going to leave them for the entire winter to hiber-grape so Lucas uses delaying tactics to keep her in the house. / Weebiscuit is always beating Dimples when they have a stare off so Dimples enlists the help of Lucas to help her gain the concentration skills to beat him. Lucas sees the key to making her a champ, by thinking of the thing she loves the most. / When Lucas discovers a heating vent blowing warm air into the living room, he convinces Bodhi that the house is actually breathing. They discover the house can make things hover with her breath, like a feather and a maple leaf.

Lucas, Findley and Bodhi become obsessed with a new toy called Boingo. / Findley believes the house is a dangerous place for him after a series of events involving various fly extermination devices happen to him on the same day. / Arlo is missing his mother, so Lucas gives him a bell to ring if he needs Lucas' help - bad idea.

"Maizie" keeps ignoring Lucas and Findley, but not only do they learn she has a cousin, they also learn a new skill!/ Lucas befriends a bright purple toy spider, and Findley gets jealous./ Lucas and Findley move into the dollhouse together.

Lucas helps Bodhi fulfill her dream of touching a star./ Lucas finds an egg and decides to take care of it. But he learns that responsibility is hard./ When Avocado loses her beloved toy, Lucas and Findley are determined to cheer her up.

Findley discovers a boot that him and Lucas use as a castle./ When they hear Avocado has been put in her naughty crate, Lucas and Findley entertain her./ Lucas brings Dimples things from around the house so she doesn't feel left out.

After watching Findley in flight, Lucas wonders what it would be like to fly./ Dr. Lucas tries to make all his friends feel better but ends up under the weather himself./ Lucas decides to paint a portrait of Arlo. But Arlo can't sit still.

Lucas and Maizie help Findley learn to dance./ Arlo believes he's a big owl now, so it's time to fly his nest. But is Arlo ready to leave his friends behind?/ When Lucas calls Findley a mean name, he tries to make things right again.

Arlo has fun playing, but he procrastinates when it comes to tidying up./ Lucas, Arlo, and Findley have a day of make-believe with the clouds./ Arlo can't resist the temptation to look into next door's garden through a knothole.

When Arlo plays too rough, Lucas forms a new friendship with a cactus./ Maizie accidentally stings Lucas's butt. This is a shock to them both, but Maizie takes it the hardest./ When Bodhi's tongue gets hurt, it's up to Dr. Lucas to help.

Lucas and Findley discover a cake, and they try to keep Avocado asleep so everyone can have some./ Avocado gets skunked. Thankfully, Lucas helps her laugh at the situation./ Lucas has to convince Arlo that the garden hose isn't a snake.

When Dimples and Weebiscuit's tank leaks, they are put into new homes; they learn to accept change.

A series of 6 shorts introducing all of Lucas's friends and ending with a song. / Arlo keeps asking questions! Lucas learns to be more patient. / Lucas discovers a slice of cake and decides to throw a surprise party for Findley.

Lucas sets off to find the legendary monster, Big Butt, who roams the garden at night. / A sleepy Arlo avoids taking a nap, worried that he'll miss out on any fun. / Lucas struggles when his web-making skills are criticized.

Lucas and Findley are unnerved by the thunder and lightning. But Arlo helps them through it! / Findley is nervous about taking care of House while Lucas is away. / Findley fibs about being sick to avoid chores. Dr. Lucas isn't happy.

Findley becomes nervous when he's put in charge of taking care of House while Lucas is away./ Lucas and Findley are a little unnerved by the thunder and lightning happening outside their window. But Arlo is there to help them through it!/ Dr. Lucas is in the house when Findley says he has a cold. But is Findley being truthful?

Lucas encounters a peculiar creature - A Jumping Bean. / When Findley and Avocado get shut in the attic, the stuck duo embrace the moment! / Arlo is starstruck by Avocado's popularity and becomes her biggest fan.

Avocado's new shampoo has a floral scent. Maizie loves it, and she won't leave Avocado alone!/ Lucas is fascinated when he learns that a grand sunflower grows from a tiny seed./ Lucas and his friends are excited to see a flower bloom.

Lucas finds a door at the base of Arlo's tree - Who does it belong to?/ When Lucas is locked in a cuckoo clock, Findley must be brave enough to help!/ In autumn, leaves start falling from Arlo's tree. Lucas tries to repair it.
