Dominika, 43, a psychologist and dancer from Łagów, has been living in Tanzania for five years. In today's episode, she takes us to Dar es Salaam, discussing life there, Tanzanian traditions, the situation of women, fashion, cuisine, and the daily challenges faced by its residents.

44-year-old Magda, co-owner of an IT company and living in France for 20 years, will show us Normandy – picturesque Étretat with its cliffs, apple orchards and the historic city of Rouen.

41-year-old Magda has lived in Oslo for 15 years. She will show us Norwegian traditions, cuisine, and passion for sport, as well as the Norwegians' passion for sport.

Lidia, a 59-year-old cultural organizer, has lived in Germany for 30 years. In Düsseldorf, she will show her apartment, the Old Town, Carlsplatz, Königsallee, local pastry shops and breweries, bike paths, and the traditions of carnival and Altbier.

Kinga, 42, left her life in Poland and settled in Arctic Lapland. She and her husband run a mountain hut. Together, we'll discover the rugged landscapes, Sami life, local delicacies, and the traditions of the north.

29-year-old Marzena from Osobnica, who has been living in Stockholm for 5 years, will take us on a Christmas walk around the city and show us Christmas traditions.
