Khalil has been ill all his life. Unknown to him, Erma has been giving him medicines to make him sick. Despite having both parents, Syafiq is forced to work and be the sole breadwinner for his family.

Enraged, Esra throws a phone at her mother, causing her head to bleed. Meanwhile, Erma continues conducting chemo sessions for Khalil at home, raising Dr Nini's suspicions.

Erma is interviewed by a journalist who questions her about her financial status. Meanwhile, Syafiq struggles to make ends meet for his siblings. Esra on the other hand threatens to kill Alyah.

Esra, lodges a police report claiming that Eddie had committed an unthinkable act. During a support group meeting, Khalil realises he doesn't experience chemo side effects like the other cancer kids.

Khalil is getting suspicious of his longtime doctor. He remembers how Erma used to give him blue pills & insisted on treating him by herself at home. Meanwhile, Syafiq is shocked by Syuhada's confession.

Dr Nini suspects Erma may be having Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy. Khalil stumbles upon a questionable amount of salt and suspicious hospital files. Syafiq and Esra are shocked to see Khalil walking.

Erma locks Khalil inside a storeroom after finding out about his friendship with Esra and Syafiq. Meanwhile, Syafiq receives a distressing call from home.

Harris continues with his investigations & finds out that Erma has an old friend called Indah. Esra & Syafiq try to save Khalil from Erma, but something tragic happens.

As Erma lays in a pool of blood, Esra convinces Khalil and Syafiq to agree to a cover story and keep the truth hidden. However the neighbour has a CCTV installed.

Harris feels that something is not right & continues with his investigation. Esra & Syafiq are arrested & interrogated separately. They finally open up, but both of them tell a very different story.

Khalil & Syafiq's lawyer agree to help them, but they need to plead guilty. They feel betrayed after Esra told a different version of their story to the police. Rahmat is suspicious of the plan.

Erma admits that Esra stabbed her in the back one time but details how Khalil stabbed her seven times in the chest. Harris and Dr Nini meet up with Rahmat & Azlan to tell them the truth about Erma.
