Jony and Thomas are running things, until an old guest makes a nuisance of himself. Brenda struggles to listen to Jony and Melanie helps Jaap to find love.

Jony tries to inspire the staff by talking big, but this has a negative effect. Thomas tries to get Ferdi to move out and Danny realizes that one day he will have to kiss other women.

Brenda and Manie celebrate their anniversary which makes Jony jealous. Thomas has to scramble. Ferdi is left in charge of the Hotel, not a good idea.

Jony organizes an art auction to attract more feet with money to the Fransen. Danny and Melanie look for a nest egg while Ferdie hides from SARS. Brenda and Manie try to keep their pregnancy a secret.

Like the rest of the country, the Fransen also had to 'lockdown'... but instead of going home, the staff 'lockdown' all together in the Hotel. They can work together, but can they stay together?

Jony's father comes to park his caravan on the lawn and she is only too happy. Ferdie tries to realize his swimming pool dream for the last time and the rest try to find out if Brenda is having a boy or a girl.

Thomas and Jony make plans when they are not invited to the rest of the staff's highly competitive 'date' night, while Ferdie struggles with signal to chat with Koba in Australia.

Danny tries to get Malanie as many lollipops as possible by regularly donating blood, Ferdie learns about 'flirting' and Thomas and Jony try to make sense of the previous night's kiss.

The staff goes with Danny to "Getroud met Rugby" after he got a small role. Thomas and Jaap try to avoid Jony and she tries her best to throw herself into her work.

After the staff spoil Brenda by arranging a baby tea, the beautiful day turns into a thriller of a survival lantern stalking session. No one is safe.

The staff buys Ferdie a jacuzzi, only to realize he has already bought one for himself. Danny and Malanie consider moving, while Jaap helps Thomas come to terms with Jony.

Die Fransen must host the Hotel Guild awards ceremony. Ferdie is nominated for a big prize. Thomas goes on a journey to find himself.

Thomas returns from the bush with big plans, while Ferdie prepares for his big honor. Brenda postpones her delivery while Danny and Melanie scramble to get Ferdie a present.
