It's been three years to the day since Team Cherry's Hollow Knight was first released on PC. Join me as I chronicle the lore of Hallownest from the very beginning to the multiple endings. The Mask Maker has been avoiding my videos for a while now, but their time is up. Hopefully I was able to make some sort of sense in this video. A lot more speculation than usual.

The Pale King has one of the most cryptic backstories in Hollow Knight. This video is me speculating wildly about what might have happened to him. Sounds like a good time, right!?

Can you believe it? I still have lore from Hollow Knight to discuss with you all! This time we take a deep dive into the Ancient Civilization. There are a few bits of dialogue to look at, but for the most part, this video is an examination of the game's artwork. While there might not be many strong conclusions to be found here, hopefully this video will get you to think about Hallownest's history with just a bit more knowledge.

I have been mulling this theory over in my head for over half a year now, and I'm still not sure if I agree with all of it. So please let me know what you think in the comments!
