Senior rep Claire investigates as two families come to blows on the fourth floor. Richard, the French entertainer, proves he is a Jacques of all trades but a master of none. Hotel Manager Constantinos turns an argument into a crisis as drinks are rationed at the bar.

Christine has to deal with a very disgruntled family who she just can't please. Claire has to bridge the age gap between two youthful tourists and a very unhappy Policeman and rep Katie's first airport transfer involves more of the island than she bargained for, as it's the drivers first time as well.

Claire is under pressure as rats invade the hotel. Constantinous turns the crisis into a drama, and Tracy has a troublesome pack of travel journalists.

A group of VIP guests are taken round the high spots of Cyprus in the capable hands of group rep Tracy. Her boss, Marketing Manager Kim comes over to check on her progress and rep Claire finds herself additional work as a beach bed monitor.

Steve the rep is in trouble for dating his guests. Can he resist the temptation of five girls from Kent? Meanwhile Katie and Mikey's love affair is in crisis.

The end of the summer season is looming in Cyprus and trouble shooter Christine has had enough - but there are still problems to be sorted. Young rep Steve has taken one risk too many and the future for rep Katie and her karaoke singer boyfriend, Mikey, is still in the air.
