Helicopter Rescue

In this first programme, Flt Lt Wales flies the Sea King to rescue a young boy injured in a quarry in Blaenau Ffestiniog. Winchman Nick Jones from Swansea deals with a serious road traffic accident on his first ever shift, and the crew need to reach two injured mountain bikers - but they're low on fuel.

Winchman Dickie Myers and his crew race to the aid of a diver suffering from the bends in the Nantlle Valley, Gwynedd. Sergeant Martin Seaward and co-pilot Flt Lt Wales - AKA Prince William - head to Anglesey to help an injured woman, and a young girl meets her rescuers at RAF Valley a year after she was in a horrific car crash in Llandrindod Wells.
