Amit Amritraaj, the owner of Amritraaj Constructions, has two years left to live. An empire of millions needs its next CEO. Amritraaj decides to play a game for the throne between his son, Arjun; his illegitimate son, Karan; and Veer, his employee who has been like a son to him.

Arjun is heartbroken at his father’s ruthlessness. Veer is in a dilemma as he has to make a choice between ambition and friendship. Karan, who has been the illegitimate child for so many years, has one chance to fight for what he and his mother have been deprived of. The three of them have 24 hours to decide whether they want to play the game or not.

Nivi forces Arjun to participate in the challenge and Kartika decides to help Karan. Meanwhile, Veer has used his business experience and skills to close a deal none of the others have thought of. The news of Amritraaj being unwell leaks to the press and causes mayhem with the threat of the company stocks crashing.

Karan uses his political pull to get to Bansraj, while Arjun uses his name and power. Veer, meanwhile pulls the rug under both their feet. Malhotra tries to find out how the inside information is making it to the press.

Siya is a woman scorned after constantly being treated badly by Veer and goes to see Arohi in the hospital. She finds out things that might change the course of the game. Malhotra meanwhile finds out the source of the leak.

Karan decides to go back to his roots and fight the game fair and square. Meanwhile, Nivi confronts Amrita after being unable to get hold of Arjun. Siya tries to blackmail Veer with what she has found out about him.

Tension builds as Amrita goes to meet Sunanda and tries to buy her out to get Karan out of the game. When Sunanda disagrees, Amrita decides to take a drastic step and goes to her father for help.

Veer and Siya sign an agreement to confirm their business partnership. Arjun is critical and might relapse into drug abuse. Veer receives a surprising call from the hospital.

Veer looks for Aarohi, Nivi tries to save Arjun from endangering his life and Karan’s life falls apart as he loses the most important people in his life. Amritraaj might being to regret the ball he set rolling. Rhea has plans of her own for revenge.
