My Water Fasting Experience: Vlog Days 1-4

I am on DAY 4 of a water fast or cleanse, and I am VLOGGING. It has been incredible, emotional, and beautiful. I wish to share this experience with you! Follow-up video coming Sunday along with another video shortly after of me breaking the fast. I want to talk about the reasons why am doing this water fast. I'm doing it for emotional reasons and spiritual cleansing to clear out everything that is happened to me the past few years. I've completed days one through four and I feel amazing! Disclaimer: I don't recommend to anybody to do what I'm doing. If you want to check out water fasting retreat, please google a place that suits you. I'm going to be continuing to do my fast, VLOGGING, and if you want to follow me daily check it out on Snapchat. (screenname: FullyRaw) Primarily I want to talk about the healing that is going on in my body, and I wasn't going to share this because I was scared of what other people would think but then I thought I've done worse things before and he perhaps sharing this information could help somebody so that's why am sharing it. My first few days of this fast have been great although I don't recommend anybody working while doing this. I wasn't able to get away, and I worked the first three days of my fast. My second day was the worst, but today I feel amazing and I'm hopefully going until Sunday. I'm gonna post another video update for you on Sunday and then maybe perhaps share another video of how I'm breaking the fast to show people the proper way to do this so they don't put on extra weight so they keep their body clean and then they start fresh with a new body, mind, and spirit. I'm sure they're going to be a lot of haters out there who are probably going to say oh 'she's doing it to lose weight because everybody said she was fat.' Honestly, I'm really happy in my body and I have not lost weight doing this yet maybe like a pound which just shows you how resilient my body is. I'm proud of my body. I am a woman with

FullyRaw Vegan Easter Banana Ice Cream for Springtime! Try this pastel colored and raw vegan nice cream recipe to celebrate the new season! It's delicious, healthy, and colorful! Enjoy my friends! I’m so excited to be back in the kitchen with you today to make FullyRaw Easter Nice Cream or simply fun and delicious raw vegan banana ice cream for springtime! Dairy-free, cruelty-free, vegan, gluten-free, and healthy! There’s no better treat than a soft-serve of banana nice cream on a gorgeous spring day! This isn’t just any nice cream though...this nice cream is colorful, light, low-fat, cruelty-free, and even nutritious! The best part about this recipe is that you can make more than one to share with family and friends. Using jars for this ice cream means you can make as many of these as you need for a party, celebration, and more. It’s simply amazing! I am sharing this nice cream recipe to celebrate the coming of Spring and Easter for those of you who celebrate Easter. All you will need is a vitamix blender and some mason jars. The main ingredient of this nice cream is bananas! We are going bananas you guys. To prep, take approximately 8 or more ripe, speckled bananas based upon how many jars you are making, and peel and freeze the bananas overnight. Then, in separate bowls, you will need some frozen raspberries or beet powder to make pink, blueberry powder to make blue, blackberries to make purple, spirulina to make green, and turmeric to make yellow. When ready, we are going to blend about a tablespoon worth of each color separately with approximately 2 frozen bananas. PURPLE: We will start off by blending the bananas with a tablespoon of raw blueberry powder or 5-6 blackberries for the purple. Then, we will add this layer into the bottom of the jar. YELLOW: Then, we will blend about 2 bananas with a tablespoon of raw turmeric powder then pour this on top of our purple nice cream. BLUE: Next up, we will blend about 2 bananas with a tab

Should I Be Skinnier as a Raw Vegan? Many people think I "should" look a different way having been a raw vegan for 11 years. Is this the truth? Can I be a healthy looking woman and still be beautiful? It isn''t be about being "skinny." It is about BEING HEALTHY. The purpose of this video is… to show you what HEALTH LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE FOR ME. THERE IS NO PERFECT FRAME FOR WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN LOOKS LIKE. There is no ONE way that a healthy body should look. I am putting myself out here and being super vulnerable because I believe in this so much. I WANT TO SHARE MY THOUGHTS WITH YOU ON WHAT A TRULY BEAUTIFUL FEMALE WOMAN BODY CAN LOOK LIKE...and it doesn’t have to be WHAT SOCIETY DEEMS “appropriate” or “acceptable.” I have received SOOO many comments from people about my body. I’m too fat, too thin, gross, beautiful, etc. EVERYONE has a different opinion, and the one that matters most to me...IS MINE. Do I feel confident and beautiful in my skin?! Do I feel vibrant and alive? Am I physically fit? Am I happy? The answer is YES, not because of what I look like physically, but because of HOW I FEEL ON THIS INSIDE, the amount of energy I have, my digestion, my skin, my properly functioning immune system, my emotional state, and more. There are many people who are naturally thinner than others. If this is your natural shape, then THAT IS BEAUTIFUL. CELEBRATE YOUR SHAPE. If you are curvier and more voluptuous, that is BEAUTIFUL. BE YOU! What matters most is that you ARE trying to take care of your health, from the inside out. Not everyone who is thin is healthy and vice versa. There are many women who base their ENTIRE self-worth on whether or not they are thin. It consumes them, and it has become their LIFE. Is THAT healthy? What you may think is perfect…. isn’t always perfect. Everyone has a different idea of “perfect.” True health and happiness cannot always be seen with the human eye. FullyRaw Rainbow Sushi Rolls!

Raw vegan rainbow sushi rolls! These are SO colorful, so nutritious, SOOOOoo delicious, and SO much fun to eat! These are raw vegan, low fat, gluten-free, and scrum-didly-umptious! Seriously, eating these is like eating the rainbow! For this recipe, you only really need a knife and a cutting board, but if you have a blender or a food processor, it will cut the prep time in half for you. You will need some raw nori sheets and a sushi roller to help you roll out the sushi. Chop up all of your rainbow ingredients that you want to use in your sushi. There is no right or wrong here, it’s whatever you desire. This recipe along with all of the ingredients in this video will be shared on my website at http://www.fullyraw.com. For the rice of this sushi, I am going to be using shredded or finely chopped jicama, purple cauliflower, and yellow cauliflower! You can dice these with a knife or use a food processor to get this very fine, grainy consistency. Then, I also have chopped up some rainbow bell peppers, beets, cucumber, carrot, purple cabbage, red onion, mango, and avocado! To make your sushi, grab a nori sheet and place it smooth side down. Grab some jicama, sprinkle it on, and press it onto your nori, then, do the same with your yellow cauliflower and your purple cauliflower. When you have all 3 of these layered and pressed down onto your nori, they will look like a little tri-colored rainbow. Make sure to leave a little room around the edges of the nori for later. Grab some cucumber and lay it on top, add some bell peppers, sprinkle on some shredded beets, add some shredded carrots, some purple cabbage, red onion, mango, and AVOCADO to top it off!
