Fearless in the Kitchen

Peter and his son Dave are both awful cooks, and for years, their respective wife and mother, Vicki, has kept them well fed with gourmet meals. Now it's time for them to start doing more in the kitchen and to give back to Vicki.

Patricia's cooking is so bad, she sets off the fire alarm nearly every time she cooks. She really wants to provide great healthy meals for her family and would love Christine to teach her how to make some fabulous Indian food.

Vince is a landscaper from a traditional Italian family. He's such an awful cook, his wife has banned him from the kitchen. He really wants Christine to help him show his wife and family that he can be 'King of the Kitchen'.

Originally from Ireland, 25-year-old Rachel has been in Canada for one year, works two jobs and wants to add preparing her own meals to her routine. With Christine's help, Rachel feels her time to learn could not be more perfect.

Darren's a reckless cook in the kitchen, with a huge affinity for garlic. Christine will have to apply the brakes to Darren's 'full throttle' culinary approach if she ever hopes to help him impress his family.

Katherine is an independent 34-year-old professional who feels so overwhelmed in the kitchen that she relies on spoonfuls of salsa for sustenance. Christine attempts to take this non-cook from inept to enthralled in the kitchen.

Amy's doesn't want her work colleagues to know that she's a horrible cook because she works at a chef's school. She's really hoping that Christine can teach her how to end her culinary shame.

Nadine and Natalie, 24 year-old twins, are double trouble in the kitchen. They still rely on their mother to deliver pre-made meals. Christine will have to work twice as hard to help these gals move through their culinary growing pains.

Mike's typical routine in the kitchen is burning the food and then ordering take-out. He really wants to cook a meal to impress his daughter and his friends. Christine tries to turn this challenged cook into a kitchen rock-star.

Mark has no culinary skill and he hates to grocery shop. His masterpiece meal is a cheese wrap – cheddar cheese on a cold tortilla. Christine has her work cut out for her if she's going to turn Mark into a fearless cook.

Jacqueline is a successful woman who can't cook. Christine helps add that in her résumé.

Andrew can fix engines but can't make dinner.

Sandi longs to be invited to join the neighborhood Gourmet Supper Club, but she’s a horrid cook.
