Gary takes on his best friend, Mark Heirs, Scotland’s premier private chef. Mark is a man more used to cooking for the rich and famous on super yachts using foie gras rather than fish paste, and more at home with white truffles than the white bread he finds in today’s corner shop in Stirling.

Gary is facing off against Bombay street food specialist Rachna Dheer in the tiny village of Balmaclellan, in the Borders. Will Rachna’s fashionable fast food prove a hit with the judges, made up of locals farmers, or will they side with Gary’s more traditional fayre?
