Bryan and Sarah welcome viewers back into their lives; Sarah kicks off a new renovation on a Florida Keys resort; Bryan tackles a project at their Bahamas resort, all while they work to figure out what's their next big thing?

The renovation continues at the Pines and Palms resort as Bryan and Sarah recruit an old friend to help with an unexpected timeline crunch.

Sarah focuses all her energy on the Pines & Palms renovation in a race to finish the Reception Building to keep the resort operational. Nostalgia runs deep as Bryan hunkers down in Georgian Bay to restore their family cabin so that it's safe and welcoming for his parents to visit once again.

As the Pines & Palms project turns into a full-fledged remodel, Sarah fights to keep costs down but is met with a new deadline that makes the whole project even more challenging. Bryan's solo in Canada as he continues to work on the family cabin that he built with his dad as a teenager, while filming another series with Scott McGillivray.

As the scope of construction continues to grow at the Pines & Palms resort, the Baeumlers consult their partners on some difficult decisions. Back home in Canada, Bryan and Sarah welcome his parents back to their rustic family cottage for the first time in nearly a decade, to show off some recent upgrades and reminisce about the good ol' days.

With the big wedding buyout only one week away, the Baeumlers race to the finish line to get the resort completed in time for the bride and groom's big day. Unfortunately, Mother Nature has other plans, as a tropical storm looms on the horizon, challenging their odds of having Pines & Palms ready to welcome more than 100 guests for a night to remember.

After successfully hosting a large wedding at Pines & Palms, the Baeumlers head back to The Bahamas to finish some long-overdue projects at Caerula Mar, and work on their big expansion on South Andros. To help develop their plan, Bryan and Sarah head to The Exumas and Turks & Caicos for inspiration.

With Pines & Palms resort now only one month out from being fully booked, Sarah and Bryan bring all hands on deck to finish the remaining rooms. With construction going full-tilt, Bryan embarks on a cross-ocean voyage, while Sarah unveils a huge charity project in Halifax. As the clock to the reopening winds down, both Baeumlers return to the Florida Keys to try and meet the impending deadline.

With just a few weeks to spare before the resort's grand opening, the remaining spaces at Pines & Palms finally cross the finish line. Despite all the roadblocks along the way, the resort is completed just in time for guests to arrive and enjoy the gorgeous new property. There's no time to rest for the Baeumlers, however, as a new opportunity in The Bahamas catches their attention.

With the resort renovation in Florida behind them, Sarah and Bryan turn their full attention to the massive expansion opportunity in The Bahamas, starting with an important amenity for the local community. Operations across The Bahamas inspire their next chapter on South Andros, but they're met with roadblocks and red flags when they visit a potential acquisition.
