From a former beauty queen who was stripped of her crown for being too dark skinned to exploring a range of creatives changing the cultural landscape in the favelas - Grace discovers the women expressing individual beauty.

Grace Neutral meets the Brazilian women fighting for expression within challenging surroundings by attending a gig of female rapper Lay, she meets the individuals leading the charge against male objectification, revolutionising beauty norms in the process. There may be a long way to go, but these women are pushing boundaries of acceptance in Brazil - and beyond.
