Before Trilogy

Overview

The first film is about what could be, the second is about what should have been. Before Midnight is about what it is. The Before Trilogy follows Jesse and Céline as they meet by chance as young adults and, over the course of three films, reconnect at different stages of their lives. Through long conversations about love, relationships, time, and the choices that shape a person’s life, the trilogy explores how two people can remain connected despite years of separation and change.
