Sufiyaan, the heir to the Abdullah family and CEO of United India, is about to launch his digital channel. He crosses paths with Kaiynaat, a journalist in his office. Kaiynaat breaks a big story but this doesn't go down well with Sufiyaan.

Sufiyaan fires Kaiynaat who takes to social metdia to seek support. Sufiyaan then offers Kaiynaat a job to make ammends.

Rahil and Hamid invite professor Sahani to a poetic symposium arranged by the Abdullahs and the Alqazis. Later, Kaiynaat finds out the reason behind the constant rejections at job interviews.

Kaiynaat meets Imitiaz when he rescues her from a few men who are troubling her after Sufiyaan asks her to leave his car after an argument. He later invites her home.

Kaiynaat and Imtiaz seem to get along well on their first day at work. Sufiyaan, on the other hand, wants Kiaynaat to regret rejoining United India. Kaiynaat is invited to Imtiaz's welcome back party.

Kaiynaat has a great lead for a story Sufiyaan wants her to work on. However, later Sufiyaan breaks a shocking news to her.

Kaiynaat investigates her father case which reveals a disturbing truth that put the Alqazi and Abdullah families in a bind. Imtiaz and Sufiyaan try to persuade Kaiynaat to drop the case.

Badi raat preparations are on in full swing, and everyone is heading to the cemetery to pray. At the cemetery, Sufiyaan overhears Kaiynaat praying and discovers a heartbreaking reality about her life. Later, Hamid goes missing from the cemetery.

Kaiynaat arrives at Sufiyaan's house to pick up Pesky. Later, Imtiaz apologises to her for everything her family had to go through because of United India. At the office, Imitiaz asks Kaiynaat to be his date for the ball enraging Sufiyaan.

Sufiyaan decides to attend the ball with Laila, while Imtiaz arrives with Kaiynaat and Rahil with Falak. Farah asks Sufiyaan to help her out of the mess. Later, Sufiyaan and Kaiynaat come close to each other, and Imtiaz confesses his feelings to Kaiynaat.
