The five convention buddies meet up and begin their carpool over to the convention. Bickering, insults, and manga drawings ensue.
After the accident, the four uninjured convention buddies wait for their friend at the hospital and argue over whether or not they should still attend the convention.
Randy attends his Sky Fighters tournament and attempts to ask out his attractive opponent.
Toki gets randomly selected to be in the "anime dating game" panel and gets stuck on a tense and uncomfortable date with "the senpai of her dreams."
Rita performs her skit and goes on a date, but she struggles with her inability to escape her mental struggles.
Spencer searches for Rita so he can give her her medication. As he travels from panel to panel in hopes of finding her, he stumbles across his favorite author and hears some wise words from him.
