Vasili Chkhaidze

Biography

Vasily Chkhaidze was born in the village of Atsana, Ozurgeti district, Kutaisi province, Russian Empire. Honored Artist of the Georgian SSR (1979). Graduated from the German department of the philological faculty of Tbilisi State University (1936).
