Biography

Truman Marlowe (born September 26, 2005), also known as Truman Duren, is an American screenwriter, filmmaker, and television writer. In 2025, he founded the Scarlet Wave Production company, which produces films made through Ithaca College. He directed the 2025 period drama Uppercrust, starring Johnny Brown Jr.  Marlowe’s films often employ stylized realism, long takes, theatrical dialogue, and real locations.
