Biography

Torquato Joel (Souza PB 1957). Studied Communication/Journalism at UFPA (1981-1984). He participated in the Direct Cinema Atelier of the UFPB Documentary Center (NUDOC) and, in 1982 and 1986, completed internships in direct cinema at the Atelier de Réalisation Cinématographique - Varennes (Paris).
