Tony J. Scott (Black Lightning, Tell Me A Story, Atlanta) is a Veteran US Army Ranger and Ranger school instructor, Department of the Army. He served eight years as a non commissioned officer for the US Army. His mother, Mary, is from Liverpool England. His Grandfather is from Sierra Leone and served in the British Navy.
