Tarusuke Shingaki (新垣樽助, Shingaki Tarusuke, June 18, 1976) is a Japanese voice actor from Kumejima, Shimajiri District, Okinawa Prefecture. He is affiliated with Mausu Promotion. His real name and old stage name is Masaaki Shingaki (新垣正明, Shingaki Masaaki).
