Biography

Scott led the acquisition of Valley View Center to pave the way for Dallas Midtown, a planned $4 billion mixed-use development. Throughout the re-zoning and entitlement process of Dallas Midtown, Scott established a $432.5 million TIF, the largest TIF ever implemented in Dallas' history.
