Scarlett Blum is an American actor and dancer. The youngest member of a family of actors in Raleigh, North Carolina, Scarlett appeared in her first short film, "Faces (Helene)," when she was only 2 years old. Her parents, lifelong performers, met doing local theatre, so it surprised no one when Scarlett and her siblings all displayed talent as performers.
