Biography
S. Lee Pogostin was an American screenwriter and director recognized for his work in television and film. Born in Jersey City, he enlisted in the U.S. Army at the age of 15 by lying about his age. Pogostin began his career writing for radio before transitioning to television, where he wrote for series such as Bob Hope Presents the Chrysler Theatre, earning a Primetime Emmy nomination in 1966 for the episode "The Game".
