Born in Lisbon, Portugal (2007), Rui Paulo Silva (18 years old) is a young filmmaker dedicated to the craft of independent storytelling. An alumnus of the António Arroio Art School, specializing in Cinema, he distinguished himself by achieving exclusive perfect scores in his whole Cinema coursework.
