Ramiro Velapatiño, born in the city of Huanta, Ayacucho, Peru, is a filmmaker and audiovisual communicator. He is the co-founder of the Ñawinchik audiovisual collective, dedicated to fiction and documentary filmmaking with an emphasis on the appreciation of national identity.
