Pilar Brescia Álvarez (born December 15, 1957 in Lima) is a Peruvian actress, television presenter and businesswoman. She studied at the Club Teatro de Lima, while also completing her studies in Communication Sciences at the University of Lima. Pilar began her career in television hosting the children's program "Pilar, sus amiguitos y la moda" (1968) on Channel 9.
