Phillip David "Phill" Lewis (born February 14, 1968) is a Ugandan-born American actor, comedian and director who is best known for his role as hotel manager Mr. Moseby on the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and its spin-off, The Suite Life on Deck.
