Raised in rural upstate New York, Pete is a Queens based director and cinematographer. He’s drawn to working-class communities and stories across the country, with a specific focus on the mass incarceration system. His work has screened at Cannes, Sundance, MOMA, SXSW, and been programmed on The New York Times, Vimeo Staff Picks, and Short of the Week.
