Oliver A. Unger

Oliver A. Unger (August 28, 1914 – March 26, 1981) was an American film producer, distributor, and exhibitor. In a 45-year career, he was also a television producer and owner of movie theaters and television stations throughout the United States. Unger was born in Chicago, of Hungarian descent. His family also lived in New York before moving back in 1920 to the Hungarian capital, Budapest, where his father, Bertram Unger, was a bank president.
