Nikolai Ivanovich Kuznetsov was born in the village of Zyryanka, Perm province, Russian Empire - a Soviet state security officer, intelligence officer and partisan who personally eliminated 11 generals and high-ranking officials of the occupation administration of Nazi Germany.
