Miritana Hughes

Biography

Miritana was born in Aotearoa, New Zealand, and is of Māori, Australian, Barbadian, and European descent, with Ngai Tuhoe and Ngati Manawa tribal affiliations. Miritana is best known for STAN Original's Sunny nights, AMC's Preacher, Showtime's Wakefield, ABC/BBC's Born to Spy, and Disney Theatrical's The Lion King.
