Michiru Shimada (島田 満, Shimada Michiru, May 19, 1959 – December 15, 2017) was a Japanese screenwriter from Tokyo.She was a member of the Writers Guild of Japan. Shimada graduated from Department of Japanese Studies in Waseda University.
