Luke Van Os is an actor born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. He plays the series regular role of Xander Delaney on Australia's #1 drama, Home and Away, following in the footsteps of his older cousin Chris Hemsworth who played Kim Hyde on the hit show from 2004-2007.
