Host of Shanghai Story Broadcast, voice actor. Liu Beichen is a male voice actor from China. Graduated from Tongji University acting majoring in film and television dubbing. In 2012, he joined Shanghai Story Broadcasting as a host. Learned from veteran radio anchor and voice actor Guo Yifeng.
