Kiyoshi Saeki was born on September 19, 1914. He was a director and writer, known for The Sand City in Manchuria (1960), Zenigata Heiji Detective Story: Heiji Covers All of Edo (1949) and Tenpô suiko-den: Ôtone no yogiri (1950). He died on July 16, 2002.
