Catharina Elisabeth Godefrida "Karien" van Gennip (born 3 October 1968) is a Dutch businesswoman and politician who served as Minister of Social Affairs and Employment in the Fourth Rutte cabinet from 10 January 2022 until 2 July 2024. She is a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA).
