Joseph Banks (born December 30th 2006) is an emerging Independent filmmaker and actor based in New York City. He's best known for his media brand 'BanksTV' and artist magazine 'WorldEnder,' which he founded alongside music artist/DJ Elle Akosua. His work relies on absurd imagery and concepts expressed through a comedic lens.
