John Rey Malto is a Filipino talent manager, and songwriter, born on October 22, 1991, in Manila, Philippines. His journey toward excellence began in academia. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and further pursued education-related credits from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University in San Fernando City, La Union.
